Deine Projekte

  • Als Customer Support Manager:in bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere internationalen Kund:innen mit Schwerpunkt auf den polnischen Markt
  • Du berätst unsere Kund:innen kompetent über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle wie Telefon, E-Mail oder Live-Chat
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team und den Fachabteilungen arbeitest du stetig an der Verbesserung unserer Customer Journey und trägst maßgeblich zur Optimierung unserer Customer Experience bei
  • Du verantwortest die proaktive Qualitätssicherung unserer Sendungen in Bezug auf Laufzeit, Kommunikation und Schadensquote

Was Du mitbringst

  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Konfliktlösung
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ein positives, verbindliches Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Polnisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2); weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
  • Wünschenswert sind kaufmännische Kenntnisse, Erfahrungen in der Logistikbranche sind von Vorteil aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
