Als Partnermanager:in Landverkehre (all genders) verantwortest du den Aufbau, die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und die operative Steuerung unseres Partnernetzwerks für nationale und internationale LTL- und FTL-Sendungen. Das Ziel ist es, Cargoboard durch verlässliche Transportpartner, wettbewerbsfähige Einkaufskonditionen und eine hohe operative Qualität skalierbar, margenstark und serviceorientiert aufzustellen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den Bereichen Operations, Sales, Finance und Tech zusammen.

Deine Projekte

  • Du identifizierst, qualifizierst und onboardest geeignete Transportpartner für unsere nationalen und internationalen LTL- und FTL-Verkehre
  • Dabei baust du unser Partnernetzwerk strategisch aus und stellst einen Carrier-Pool für relevante Relationen, Länder und Spezialanforderungen sicher
  • In diesem Rahmen verhandelst du wettbewerbsfähige Konditionen und Vereinbarungen und behältst dabei die Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie aktuelle Marktentwicklungen im Blick
  • Du stellst eine hohe operative Qualität unserer Transportpartner sicher, analysierst relevante Leistungskennzahlen und leitest daraus Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab
  • Daran anknüpfend verantwortest du die laufende Partnerpflege – von der Prüfung und Pflege relevanter Unterlagen und Stammdaten bis zur Klärung grundlegender Themen in der Zusammenarbeit
  • Gemeinsam mit unserer Tech-Abteilung optimierst du unsere digitalen Prozesse und Systeme rund um das Partnermanagement

Was Du mitbringst

  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Landverkehr – beispielsweise im LTL-, FTL-, Charter- oder Speditionsumfeld – sowie im Einkauf oder Partnermanagement von Transportdienstleistungen mit
  • Ein bestehendes Netzwerk im LTL-/FTL-Umfeld ermöglicht dir einen schnellen Zugang zu geeigneten Transportpartnern
  • Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis für Transportpreise, Relationen und Kapazitäten und gehst sicher mit relevanten Kennzahlen um
  • Verhandlungsstärke und eine klare Kommunikation zeichnen dich ebenso aus wie die Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle Partnerschaften aufzubauen
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, datenbasiert und lösungsorientiert, zeigst Eigeninitiative und hast Freude daran, neue Strukturen aufzubauen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
