  • Echte Praxisverantwortung: Du planst, begleitest und reflektierst Praxisanleitung in einem technisch anspruchsvollen Bereich
  • Teamorientierte Entwicklung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Anästhesie‑Teams, Schule und stationären Kolleg:innen
  • Strukturierte Prozesse: Fokussiert auf praktische Anleitung und Förderung von Auszubildenden

Deine Aufgabe

  • Praxisanleitung: Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Praxisanleitungen inklusive Vor‑ und Nachgesprächen
  • Lernbegleitung: Individuelle Förderung der Auszubildenden im stationären Anästhesiebereich
  • Koordination mit Schule: Erstellung von Anleitungsplänen und Dokumentation des Lernfortschritts in Abstimmung mit externen Pflegeschulen
  • Teamarbeit: Zusammenarbeit mit dem ärztlichen und pflegerischen Team zur Sicherstellung eines kontinuierlichen Lernprozesses
