Unser Caritas MVZ Berlin erweitert ihr orthopädisches Angebot in Berlin-Reinickendorf (Wittenau) und Berlin-Pankow. Im Rahmen des Aufbaus such wir eine Teamleitung MFA, die das Team koordiniert, Abläufe strukturiert und die Qualität der Praxisorganisation sichert. Du übernimmst die fachliche und organisatorische Ausrichtung des Teams und sorgst für reibungslose, gut geplante Prozesse im Praxisalltag.

MVZ | ab sofort | Teilzeit bis Vollzeit (30 bis 40 Stunden)

  • Orthopädie: abwechslungsreicher orthopädischer Praxisalltag mit Empfang, Assistenz, Wundversorgung, kleineren Eingriffen und enger Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Ausrichtung: Freiheit, Prozesse und Standards für die orthopädische Sprechstunde kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Planbarkeit: Planbare Dienste von Montag bis Freitag, keine Wochenenden, keine Feiertage
  • Team: fachliche und organisatorische Verantwortung der orthopädischen Praxisstandorte in Reinickendorf (Ortsteil Wittenau) und Pankow.

Deine Aufgabe

  • Teamführung: Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung beider MFA-Teams in Reinickendorf und Pankow.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsabläufen, Standards und Dokumentation
  • Organisation: Dienst- und Ressourcenplanung sowie Festlegung von Praxisabläufen
  • Koordination: Kommunikation mit Kliniken, Praxen und Versicherungen sowie Schnittstelle zur Praxisleitung.
