Unsere Caritas-Klinik St. Marien Brandenburg ist eine geriatrische Fachklinik mit aktuell 142 stationären Betten sowie 16 teilstationären Plätzen in der Tagesklinik. Für Sie sind moderne Technik und das persönliche Gespräch in der Behandlung kein Widerspruch. Deine Aufgabe

  • Patientenbetreuung: Betreuung der Patient:innen auf Station oder in der Tagesklinik von der Aufnahme bis zur Entlassung mit regelmäßiger fachärztlicher Supervision.
  • Diagnostik und Therapie: Anordnung diagnostischer und therapeutischer Maßnahmen sowie Durchführung funktionsdiagnostischer Untersuchungen gemeinsam mit unseren Fachärzt:innen.
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Mitwirkung in einem multiprofessionellen Team für optimale Behandlungswege geriatrischer Patient:innen.
