Die Radiologie der Caritas MVZ Berlin ist standortübergreifend organisiert und versorgt sowohl ambulante Patient:innen im MVZ als auch die stationären Patient:innen unserer eng angebundenen Caritas Kliniken Maria Heimsuchung und Dominikus. Durch die Kombination beider Bereiche erwartet Sie ein vielseitiges, anspruchsvolles und modern ausgestattetes Arbeitsfeld.

Radiologie | zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt | Vollzeit

Das ist besonders

  • Modernste Ausstattung: Drei 1,5-Tesla-MRT, zwei 80-Zeilen-CTs, ein 320-Zeilen-High-End-Volumen-CT (inkl. Kardiodiagnostik) sowie vier digitale Röntgenanlagen.
  • Planbare Arbeitszeiten: Keine Nacht-, Wochenend- oder Bereitschaftsdienste – für eine verlässliche und familienfreundliche Work-Life-Balance.
  • Innovation und Weiterentwicklung: Mitgestaltung des diagnostischen und interventionellen Spektrums sowie Implementierung neuer Technologien (inkl. KI-gestützte Workflowlösungen).
  • Radiologische Diagnostik: Durchführung und Befundung des gesamten Spektrums (Röntgen/CT/MRT) für ambulante und stationäre Patient:innen.

Ihre Aufgabe

  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Teilnahme an Tumorboards, Fallkonferenzen und klinischen Besprechungen der Partnerkliniken.
  • Strategische Mitarbeit: Unterstützung und vollumfängliche Vertretung des Leiters Radiologie in organisatorischen, medizinischen und personellen Fragen.
  • Qualitätsentwicklung: Vereinheitlichung von Prozessen und Standards zwischen den Standorten sowie Mitwirkung an Dienstplanung, Teamführung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender.

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: Anerkennung als Fachärztin/Facharzt für Radiologie und mehrjährige Erfahrung im ambulanten und/oder stationären Setting.
  • Wünschenswerte Expertise: Idealerweise Schwerpunkte in abdomineller, kardiovaskulärer und/oder muskuloskelettaler Bildgebung.
  • Führung und Team: Freude an kooperativer Führung, klarer Kommunikation und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit.
  • Organisationstalent: Bereitschaft zur standortübergreifenden Tätigkeit sowie Interesse an Prozessoptimierung und Qualitätsentwicklung.
  • Persönlichkeit: Entscheidungsstärke, Verbindlichkeit und die Fähigkeit, ein wertschätzendes Arbeitsklima mitzugestalten.
