Als toonaangevende groothandel in HVAC en sanitair bouwt Carnoy elke dag aan een sterke, betrouwbare service voor onze klanten. Na de succesvolle samenvoeging van onze vestigingen in Gent en Doornik professionaliseren we onze organisatie op elk niveau. DOEL VAN DE FUNCTIE

Als Teamleader Magazijn ben je de spilfiguur op de werkvloer. Je stuurt dagelijks een team magazijniers aan, begeleidt en motiveert hen en waakt over de vlot lopende magazijnprocessen. Wanneer nodig, steek je zelf actief de handen uit de mouwen (inslag, picking, verpakking en het rijden met heftruck/reachtruck). Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Logistiek Manager en zorgt samen met je collega-teamleaders voor een veilige, ordelijke en productieve werking van het magazijn.

KERNVERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

Teamaansturing & Coaching

  • Coachend leiderschap: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je team op de vloer. Je begeleidt, motiveert en leidt je medewerkers op om als team optimaal te presteren.
  • Planning & Werkverdeling: Je verdeelt de dagelijkse taken (inslag, picking, verpakking, laden), stelt de juiste prioriteiten en volgt de voortgang op.
  • Onthaal & Evaluatie: Je zorgt voor een kwalitatieve inwerking van nieuwe collega’s en voert regelmatig functionerings- en evaluatiegesprekken.
  • Afstemming & Probleemoplossing: Je overlegt nauw met de Logistiek Manager en je collega-teamleaders. Mogelijke knelpunten op de vloer los je op een opbouwende manier op.

Operationele ondersteuning

  • Actief meewerken op de vloer waar nodig: Bij drukte, personeelsuitval of knelpunten werk je actief mee bij de logistieke taken om de continuïteit te garanderen.
  • Besturen intern transportmaterieel: Je bent een ervaren en bedreven bestuurder van de reach- en heftruck en zet deze dagelijks veilig en efficiënt in.
  • Orde & Veiligheid: Je waakt over een schone, nette werkomgeving en het juiste gebruik en onderhoud van ons materiaal.

JOUW PROFIEL

  • Coachende teamplayer: Je bent toegankelijk, communicatief sterk en weet mensen op een positieve wijze te enthousiasmeren en te sturen.
  • Flexibel & Hands-on: Je stuurt aan met overzicht, maar aarzel niet om zelf bij te springen op de vloer zodra de situatie dat vereist.
  • Nauwkeurig & Veilig: Je werkt gestructureerd, bewaart het overzicht op drukke momenten en stelt veiligheid voorop.

Kennis & Ervaring:

  • Ervaring Reach-/Heftruck: Je hebt ruime en aantoonbare ervaring met het besturen van een reach- en heftruck (attest is een belangrijk pluspunt).
  • Ervaring: Minstens 4 jaar ervaring in een magazijnomgeving en ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers.
  • Uurrooster: Bereid om te werken in wisselende shifts (Ma-Vr: 5u00 - 13u22 & 12u38 - 21u00).
  • Talen: Goede kennis van het Nederlands, basiskennis van het Frans
