Jobomschrijving

Als Teamleader Magazijn ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de magazijnactiviteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden efficiënt, veilig en kwalitatief verlopen en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen de magazijnmedewerkers en de operationele werking.

  • Organiseren en verdelen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het magazijn
  • Geven van duidelijke werkinstructies aan magazijnmedewerkers
  • Opvolgen van de voortgang van de werkzaamheden
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit en correcte uitvoering van de prestaties
  • Toezien op de naleving van interne procedures en reglementen
  • Bewaken van veiligheidsvoorschriften, orde en netheid binnen het magazijn
  • Ontvangen van chauffeurs en verzorgen van een correcte administratieve afhandeling van in- en uitgaande goederen
  • Ondersteunen van de operationele werking op de magazijnvloer
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten op vlak van efficiëntie, veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Motiveren en begeleiden van medewerkers binnen het team
  • In het bezit van een geldig reachtruckattest
  • Ervaring binnen een magazijn- of logistieke omgeving
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Initiatiefnemer met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Teamgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie vormt een pluspunt
  • Ambitie om verder te groeien binnen een coördinerende of leidinggevende rol
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en organisatorisch sterk
