  • Suporte Técnico: Fornecer suporte técnico necessário às áreas da empresa, garantindo o bom funcionamento dos equipamentos através da substituição, configuração e instalação de módulos, partes e componentes;
  • Orientar os usuários para o uso adequado dos sistemas e aplicativos dos Supermercados Carone;
  • Instalação e Configuração: Instalar e configurar software, orientando os usuários sobre as especificações e comandos necessários para sua utilização;
  • Monitoramento de Desempenho: Monitorar o desempenho do hardware e software, visando alcançar os padrões de atendimento definidos;
  • Diagnóstico de Problemas: Diagnosticar problemas de hardware e software a partir das solicitações dos usuários, buscando soluções ou solicitando apoio superior;
  • Proposição de Soluções: Propor soluções em tecnologia da informação, baseadas nos recursos tecnológicos disponíveis, realizando estudos de viabilidade e análise de custo/benefício;
  • Organização de Arquivos: Auxiliar na organização de arquivos para assegurar a pronta localização de dados e no envio e recebimento de documentos por e-mail;
  • Documentação e Relatórios: Elaborar documentação e relatórios sobre as atividades desenvolvidas, visando à manutenção das condições de acompanhamento e controle dos sistemas e equipamentos em operação;
  • Administração de Redes: Administrar e instalar redes de usuários internos no âmbito da empresa;
  • Procedimentos de Segurança: Executar e manter procedimentos de segurança para os sistemas e redes em operação na empresa;
  • Manutenção e Conservação: Zelar pela guarda, conservação, manutenção e limpeza dos; equipamentos, instrumentos e materiais utilizados, bem como do local de trabalho;
  • Atividades Adicionais: Executar atividades de natureza similar, conforme solicitado e estabelecido nas respectivas.

Ensino Médio completo;

Curso Técnico em Informática ou graduação em Tecnologia em Redes de Computadores em andamento (desejável);

Requisitos específicos:

Curso de Manutenção de Equipamentos de Tecnologia da Informação;

Conhecimento em hardware, software, redes e comunicação;

Vivência na operação de ferramentas e equipamentos de tecnologia da informação.
