Als Operations Specialist bist du ein zentraler Teil unseres operativen Geschäfts und übernimmst vom ersten Tag an echte Verantwortung. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Account Management und After Sales. Für einige unserer anspruchsvollsten Kunden steuerst du die kompletten operativen Prozesse auf unserer Plattform und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Abläufe mit Partnern und Kunden zuverlässig funktionieren. Mit dem Status quo gibst du dich dabei nicht zufrieden: Du hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse und treibst ihre Standardisierung und Automatisierung aktiv voran.

Standort: Zentral in Berlin – Du arbeitest vor Ort in unserem Büro, hybrid mit 3 Tagen Office und 2 Tagen Homeoffice.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest OEM-, Flotten- und Mobilitätskunden in Deutschland und Österreich operativ von Anfang bis Ende.
  • Du bringst neue Kunden live: Mit den Accounts, die unser Sales-Team gewinnt, steuerst du Piloten und sorgst dafür, dass die ersten Fahrzeuge schnell und sauber verkauft werden.
  • Du steuerst deine Accounts datenbasiert: Du wertest Verkaufszahlen aus, erkennst Muster und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab.
  • Du sorgst für eine reibungslose Abwicklung nach dem Verkauf, von Zahlungsabwicklung bis Transport.
  • Operative Sonderfälle klärst du eigenverantwortlich, statt sie weiterzureichen, und du sorgst dafür, dass offene Themen konsequent gelöst werden.
  • Du baust Strukturen, Reportings und Standards mit auf, die mit unserem Wachstum skalieren.

Was du mitbringst

  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im operativen Bereich (mind.1 Jahr) – Praktika und Werkstudententätigkeiten zählen auch
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z. B. als Automobilkaufmann/-frau) oder ein Bachelorstudium, etwa in BWL oder Wirtschaft
  • Proaktive, eigenständige Arbeitsweise: Du holst dir Informationen selbst, merkst sie dir und wendest sie beim nächsten Mal an
  • Starke Selbstorganisation und sicheres Zeitmanagement – du priorisierst zwischen vielen parallelen Aufgaben
  • Kommunikationsstärke intern wie extern und Freude daran, auf Kunden und Kollegen proaktiv zuzugehen
  • Deutsch auf C2-Niveau, Englisch auf B2-Niveau

Von Vorteil

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und CRM-Tools wie z.B. Salesforce
  • Analytische Arbeitsweise – Zahlen sind für dich Entscheidungsgrundlage
  • Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche oder in einem Scale-up
  • KI-affine Arbeitsweise – du nutzt Tools wie Claude, ChatGPT oder Copilot aktiv im Arbeitsalltag
