Deine Aufgaben

  • Logistikstrategie: Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Logistikstrategie und hilfst, sie an den Unternehmenszielen auszurichten.
  • Reporting: Du hilfst beim Erstellen von Management-Präsentationen zu Logistik-Performance und strategischen Initiativen.
  • Prozesse: Du unterstützt bei der datenbasierten Optimierung interner Logistikprozesse und wirkst bei der Ableitung konkreter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen mit.
  • Partnermanagement: Du unterstützt beim Onboarding neuer Transportunternehmen und hilfst bei Dokumentation und Reporting.
  • Tools und Dashboards: Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung von Tools und Dashboards mit, die Lager- und Transportoptionen vergleichbar machen.

Was du mitbringst

Must-have

  • Du bist während des gesamten Praktikums an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben, mindestens im 4. Fachsemester, in BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Logistik, Data oder einem verwandten Fach
  • Du hast bereits ein Praktikum oder eine Werkstudententätigkeit im Büro- oder Projektumfeld absolviert
  • Analytisches, strukturiertes Denken und ein sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen; Excel und PowerPoint sind selbstverständlich
  • Du nutzt KI-Tools wie Claude, ChatGPT oder Gemini aktiv im Alltag. Nenn in deinem Lebenslauf ein konkretes Beispiel, etwa ein Projekt, eine Automatisierung oder einen Workflow
  • Deutsch C1 und Englisch C1, beide Sprachen gehören zum Arbeitsalltag
  • Du lebst in Berlin oder ziehst für das Praktikum hierher, denn an drei Tagen pro Woche arbeitest du im Büro

Nice to have

  • Studienschwerpunkt Logistik, Supply Chain oder Transportwesen
  • SQL oder erste Erfahrung mit BI-Tools
  • Erste Erfahrung im Consulting, in Operations oder in einem datengetriebenen Umfeld
