Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest die Abwicklung verkaufter Fahrzeuge auf unserer Plattform, vom Kaufabschluss bis zur Übergabe an den Käufer.
  • Du buchst Transporte, koordinierst Selbstabholungen und erinnerst Käufer proaktiv, bevor eine Frist abläuft.
  • Du verwaltest Standgebühren und Mahnungen und sorgst dafür, dass kein offener Vorgang liegen bleibt.
  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Kunden und Partner, wenn es um den Versand von Fahrzeugpapieren geht.
  • Du erkennst, wo Abläufe haken, entwickelst eigene Lösungen und setzt sie gemeinsam mit dem Operations-Team um.

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt
  • Erste Praxis mit einem CRM-System wie Salesforce, HubSpot oder Freshdesk
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, behältst bei vielen parallelen Vorgängen den Überblick und entscheidest auf Basis von Zahlen.
  • Du kommunizierst klar und empathisch, auch wenn ein Kunde gerade verärgert ist.
  • Deutsch auf C2-Niveau

Von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung in der Fahrzeugabwicklung, z. B. aus einem Autohaus oder von einer Auktionsplattform
  • Weitere Sprachen wie Türkisch, Arabisch oder Französisch
