--- base: meta-keywords: meta-viewport: width=device-width, title: Responsable d'Exploitation Carrosserie --- Responsable d'Exploitation Carrosserie ====================================== ### Introduction At Carrosserie Stamm SA, we are looking for a Responsable d'Exploitation Carrosserie to coordinate and develop the day\\-to\\-day operations of our body repair workshop. ### Responsibilities In this operational leadership role, you ensure that repair work is organised efficiently, delivered to a high standard and aligned with customer expectations. \* Coordinate workshop capacity, job allocation and repair schedules to keep vehicles moving efficiently through the repair process. \* Supervise body repair activities from vehicle intake to completion to ensure quality, deadlines and agreed work scopes are met. \* Lead and support workshop employees to promote effective collaboration, clear priorities and consistent work practices. \* Monitor repair progress, productivity and operational performance to identify delays and implement improvements. \* Coordinate communication with customers, insurance partners, suppliers and other stakeholders to provide reliable information and smooth case management. \* Review estimates, additional work and repair documentation to maintain cost control and transparent invoicing. \* Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, quality procedures and applicable standards in the workshop. ### Qualifications We are looking for a practical and organised operations professional who combines technical understanding of vehicle body repair with leadership and customer\\-focused coordination. \* Experience in managing or coordinating operations in a vehicle body repair workshop or a comparable automotive environment. \* Knowledge of collision repair, vehicle damage assessment, repair planning and quality control. \* Ability to schedule work, allocate resources and balance workshop capacity with delivery deadlines. \* Leadership skills for guiding employees, setting priorities and addressing operational issues. \* Strong communication skills for working with customers, insurers, suppliers and internal teams. \* Commercial awareness and the ability to monitor costs, productivity and key performance indicators (KPIs). \* Structured, solution\\-oriented and dependable working methods, with a strong focus on safety and quality. ### Application We invite you to apply through this job ad and look forward to learning more about your experience and motivation for joining Carrosserie Stamm SA. !\[Carrosserie Stamm SA\]( ) \* Carrosserie Stamm SA Les Tilles 3 2016 Cortaillod \* \[ \](\< \>) jpid2e0c55djm jpit1145jm jpiy26jm
