?? Vos missions principales

En tant que Responsable, vous pilotez l'activité globale du site. Vos responsabilités comprennent notamment :

  • Supervision opérationnelle : Coordonner les activités quotidiennes de la carrosserie.
  • Gestion commerciale : Assurer la gestion de la clientèle et le développement de nouveaux partenariats commerciaux.
  • Relations assurances : Établir et suivre les devis, et gérer les relations courantes avec les compagnies d'assurance.
  • Production \& Qualité : Collaborer étroitement avec les chefs d'atelier pour le suivi de la production et le contrôle strict de la qualité.
  • Gestion financière : Prendre en charge la gestion administrative, le suivi de la facturation et le contrôle de la rentabilité de l'atelier.
  • Optimisation : Assurer l'organisation générale et l'optimisation continue du fonctionnement de l'exploitation.

?? Votre profil

  • Formation : Titulaire d'un CFC, d'un brevet fédéral (un atout) ou formation jugée équivalente dans le domaine automobile.
  • Expérience : Expérience confirmée dans la gestion d'un atelier ou d'une carrosserie.
  • Compétences : Excellente maîtrise des outils de chiffrage (ex : Silver DAT), aisance administrative et fibre commerciale.
  • Qualités : Leadership naturel, sens aigu de l'organisation, rigueur financière et excellent relationnel client.
