Durch die Übernahme von Autovia (AutoExpress und Evo) haben wir unsere Reichweite verdoppelt: 10 Mio. YouTube-Abonnenten, 1,2 Mio. Magazinverkäufe und mehr als 350 Mio. jährliche Online-Leser:innen. DEINE MISSION

Als Sales Advisor (m/w/d) bist du neben unserem Business Development und dem Account Management der dritte wichtige Baustein unserer Vertriebsspitze. Denn als Sales Advisor sorgst du für ein erstklassiges (Ver)Kaufserlebnis unserer Kund:innen und Partner auf unserer Plattform.

DEINE AUFGABEN

- Du berätst Verkäufer:innen beim Verkauf ihrer Autos über unsere "Sell My Car"-Plattform und stellst den Kontakt zu Partnerhändlern her, um so ein reibungsloses Kundenerlebnis auf beiden Seiten zu schaffen

- Dabei kommunizierst du über verschiedene Kanäle wie zum Beispiel Telefon, E-Mail oder WhatsApp, um einen effizienten Verkaufsprozess zu gewährleisten und steigerst so die Zufriedenheit von Verkäufer:innen und Händlern

- Denn ohne dein Zutun würden viele Verkäufe sprichwörtlich auf der Strecke bleiben, du bist das Bindeglied zwischen Verkäufer:innen und Händlern und sorgst so kontinuierlich für hohe Verkaufsquoten

DEIN PROFIL

- Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten - auch bei unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen

- Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise aus dem Automotive Retail / Autohandel oder vergleichbaren Rollen, sowie Empathie und zwischenmenschliches Gespür

- Begeisterung für die Automobilbranche: Du bist bestens über Trends und Entwicklungen informiert und weißt, was “da draußen im Markt” passiert

- Analytisches Denken: Die Fähigkeit, Daten zu nutzen, um Chancen und Risiken zu erkennen

- Hands-on-Mentalität, hohe Eigenmotivation und Belastbarkeit in einem dynamischen Scale-up
