O Gerente de Pessoas é responsável pela gestão estratégica dos recursos humanos da empresa, visando otimizar o desenvolvimento, retenção e motivação dos colaboradores, além de assegurar que as políticas de RH estejam alinhadas com os objetivos organizacionais. Ele atua em diversas frentes, como recrutamento e seleção, treinamento, gestão de desempenho, administração de benefícios e outros processos de desenvolvimento organizacional, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho positivo e produtivo.

Responsabilidades:

Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de gestão de pessoas alinhadas aos objetivos da empresa. Supervisionar os processos de recrutamento e seleção, garantindo a atração de talentos. Coordenar as atividades de treinamento e desenvolvimento, buscando capacitar os colaboradores de acordo com as necessidades da organização. Acompanhar o desempenho dos colaboradores, implementando ações corretivas e de reconhecimento de desempenho. Gerenciar os processos de avaliação de desempenho e planos de sucessão. Supervisionar os processos de benefícios, folha de pagamento e aspectos relacionados ao Departamento Pessoal. Garantir a conformidade com a legislação trabalhista e outras regulamentações relacionadas à gestão de pessoas. Desenvolver e gerenciar programas de engajamento e retenção de talentos. Orientar os gestores sobre boas práticas de liderança e gestão de equipes. Implementar programas de bem-estar e cultura organizacional. Analisar indicadores de recursos humanos e desenvolver planos de ação para melhoria contínua. Habilidades e Competências:

Visão estratégica e habilidade para alinhar as práticas de RH aos objetivos empresariais. Sólidos conhecimentos em legislação trabalhista e normas de segurança do trabalho. Experiência em gestão de equipes e desenvolvimento organizacional. Habilidade em comunicação, negociação e gestão de conflitos. Capacidade de implementar e mensurar indicadores de desempenho de recursos humanos. Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de pessoas e sistemas de RH. Boa capacidade analítica e para tomar decisões assertivas. Formação:

Ensino superior completo em Psicologia, Administração de Empresas, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas. Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Pessoas, Desenvolvimento Organizacional ou áreas afins (desejável). Experiência mínima de 5 a 7 anos em áreas de recursos humanos, com 3 a 5 anos em cargos de gestão. Certificação em Gestão de Pessoas, Coaching ou áreas correlatas (desejável).
