Negociar preços, prazos e condições de pagamento, buscando fechar vendas vantajosas para ambas as partes. Manter registros precisos das interações com clientes e das vendas realizadas. Acompanhar o pós-venda para garantir a satisfação do cliente e fidelização. Prospectar novos clientes e identificar oportunidades de mercado. Participar de treinamentos e reuniões para atualização de conhecimentos e alinhamento de estratégias.

Habilidades

Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e escuta ativa. Capacidade de negociação e persuasão. Orientação para resultados e cumprimento de metas. Conhecimento em técnicas de vendas e familiaridade com sistemas de CRM. Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe e construir relacionamentos sólidos com os clientes. Resiliência e capacidade de lidar com rejeições ou objeções.

Formação acadêmica desejada

Ensino médio completo; formação superior em áreas como Administração, Marketing ou afins pode ser um diferencial. Experiência prévia em vendas ou atendimento ao cliente é valorizada. Conhecimento do mercado e dos produtos/serviços oferecidos pela empresa. Participação em cursos ou workshops relacionados a técnicas de vendas e atendimento ao cliente.
