Atuar na fiscalização, controle e orientação dos visitantes e usuários relacionados à cobrança da Taxa de Uso e Preservação Ambiental (TUPA), garantindo o correto cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais, a conferência de documentos e comprovantes, a prestação de informações ao público e a adequada arrecadação da taxa.

Salario: R$ 1.838,55

Principais Atividades

  • Fiscalizar o pagamento da Taxa de Entrada/TUPA nos pontos de controle definidos.
  • Conferir comprovantes, documentos e informações dos visitantes.
  • Orientar turistas, moradores e prestadores de serviço sobre regras, valores e procedimentos referentes à taxa.
  • Realizar atendimento ao público com cordialidade e clareza.
  • Registrar ocorrências, inconsistências e informações operacionais nos sistemas e formulários definidos pela empresa.
  • Apoiar a equipe de caixa e coordenação quando necessário.
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas operacionais, regulamentações municipais e procedimentos internos.
  • Comunicar irregularidades identificadas durante a fiscalização.
  • Zelar pela organização do local de trabalho e pelos equipamentos utilizados.
  • Elaborar registros e relatórios de fiscalização quando solicitado pela supervisão.

Requisitos

Obrigatórios

  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Conhecimento básico de informática.
  • Boa comunicação verbal.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala, inclusive finais de semana e feriados.

Desejáveis

  • Experiência com atendimento ao público.
  • Experiência em fiscalização, controle de acesso, recepção ou atividades similares.
  • Conhecimento da operação turística de Morro de São Paulo.
