The posting

Casita is hiring an experienced, bilingual Luxury Travel Sales Agent with deep knowledge of Latin America to turn inbound travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Guests come to us looking for incredible homes across Latin America. Your job is to understand what they want, recommend the right destinations and properties, follow up, and close the booking.

This is a sales role, not a concierge role.

What you'll do

  • Own inbound leads from first inquiry through confirmed booking.
  • Recommend destinations and homes across Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean.
  • Qualify guests based on dates, group size, budget, and travel preferences.
  • Build quotes and personalized property recommendations.
  • Follow up proactively and close bookings.
  • Coordinate availability and pricing with property partners.
  • Manage your pipeline and keep sales activity organized.

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Firsthand knowledge of travel in Latin America.
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, vacation rentals, or luxury services.
  • Strong follow-through and confidence closing high-value bookings.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple active leads.
  • Luxury travel, villa, hotel, or vacation rental experience is a strong plus.

Compensation

  • Commission on bookings.
  • Fully remote with strong earning potential as booking volume grows.
