Terwijl onze monteurs onderweg zijn naar klanten en werken aan brand en beveiligingsoplossingen, ben jij degene die achter de schermen het overzicht bewaart. Een servicemelding die snel wordt opgepakt. Een planning die klopt. Een klant die direct weet waar hij aan toe is. Dat is waar jouw werk écht om draait.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, schakelt met collega's en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie netjes en compleet wordt verwerkt. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent kunnen onze servicemonteurs hun werk optimaal uitvoeren en krijgen klanten de service die zij van LIHO mogen verwachten. De ene keer verwerk je een storingsmelding, de andere keer plan je werkzaamheden in of zorg je ervoor dat alles correct wordt geregistreerd in Syntess.

  • Je hebt een hbo/mbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en staat klanten vriendelijk te woord.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent administratief sterk.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met techniek of ervaring binnen een technische omgeving.
  • Ervaring met Syntess is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je kunt goed plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week.
