Werkvoorbereider Service

Bij Automatic Signal weten we dat een sterke serviceverlening start met een gedegen voorbereiding. Als Werkvoorbereider Service ben je de verbindende schakel tussen techniek, planning en uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles besteld en gereed is vóórdat het werk begint en dat de servicetechnici goed voorbereid op pad gaan.

Als spil binnen ons serviceteam

  • Je bereidt service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden technisch en administratief voor;
  • Je bestelt en beheert de materialen en zorgt dat deze tijdig beschikbaar zijn;
  • Je zorgt dat werkopdrachten compleet, duidelijk en uitvoerbaar zijn;
  • Je stemt af met servicecoördinatoren, servicetechnici, leveranciers en interne afdelingen;
  • Je ondersteunt de planning met technische input en prioriteiten;
  • Je ondersteunt Sales en de servicecoördinatoren met het maken van KPI- en managementrapportages voor de klanten;
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van kleine projectwerkzaamheden en verwerkt de gegevens in ons ERP-systeem (Syntess);
  • Je signaleert verbeterkansen in processen en je werkt mee aan het optimaliseren van het serviceteam.
  • Mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting;
  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen service, onderhoud of installatietechniek;
  • Affiniteit met beveiligingstechniek (toegangscontrole-, inbraak- of camerasystemen) is een pre;
  • Ervaring met MS Office (Excel) en ERP/CRM-systemen (bij voorkeur Syntess);
  • Nauwkeurigheid, stressbestendigheid en een proactieve werkhouding;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling.

  • Salaris: €3.000 - € 4.500 p/m, afhankelijk van ervaring;
  • Bonus: jaarlijks op basis van bedrijfsresultaten;

  • Vakantie: 25 dagen + mogelijkheid tot bijkopen;
  • Pensioen: goed geregeld via PMT;
