Vacature: Security Support Engineer

Locatie: Nieuw-Vennep

Salaris indicatie: € 4.000 - € 4.500 p/m

Uren: 38 uur p/w vast dienstverband

Als Security Support Engineer neem je de technische lead in het beheer en de ondersteuning van high-security systemen bij onze klanten. Je werkt met oplossingen zoals Kidde ATS, TKH iProtect en Milestone en zorgt voor een stabiele, veilige en optimaal functionerende omgeving.

Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s om monitoring, eerste- en tweedelijns support en beheer optimaal op elkaar af te stemmen. Daarbij heb je een belangrijke rol in het voorkomen van storingen door proactieve bewaking en analyse.

Jouw kernverantwoordelijkheden

  • Monitoren van klantomgevingen en proactief signaleren van afwijkingen in security- en netwerksystemen;
  • Oplossen van eerste- en tweedelijns storingen aan: Toegangscontrolesystemen (TKH iProtect) Inbraakdetectie (Kidde ATS en Galaxy) Video Management Systemen (Milestone) Security management / PSIM (WinGuard, Kidde ATS8500) Onderliggende IT-infrastructuur (servers, netwerken);
  • Technisch beheer: installeren, configureren, upgraden en patchen van security- en IT-systemen;
  • Beheer van IT- en security-assets (hardware, licenties, controllers, readers, etc.);
  • Samenwerken met Service en coördineren van escalaties richting specialisten of leveranciers;
  • Documenteren van incidenten, wijzigingen en oplossingen in ticketsystemen en kennisdatabase;
  • Bijdragen aan optimalisatie van monitoring, beheerprocessen en security-oplossingen;
  • Ondersteunen bij onderhoudsplanning en klantcommunicatie.

Technisch

  • In het bezit van een MBV diploma (Monteur Beveiligingsinstallaties);
  • 2–5 jaar ervaring in technische support of beheer;
  • Ervaring met één of meerdere van de volgende systemen: TKH iProtect Milestone Kidde ATS 8500/8600 WinGuard
  • Kennis van netwerken, Windows-servers en IT-infrastructuur;
  • Bekend met remote support en werken in klantomgevingen;

Pre

  • Certificeringen of trainingen in bovengenoemde systemen;
  • Ervaring in beveiligingstechniek of high-security omgevingen.

Bijzonderheden

  • Op kantoor werk je remote aan klantsystemen;
  • Je werkt in een hoog-risico marktsegment; nauwkeurigheid en betrouwbaarheid zijn essentieel;
  • De functie vereist bereikbaarheid buiten reguliere kantooruren, bij calamiteiten met ICT-hardware bij klanten (servers, switches, firewalls, werkplekken). Het gaat niet om een standaard 24/7 storingsdienst met vaste shifts, maar om incidentele ondersteuning;
  • Focus ligt op voorkomen van storingen door proactief beheer en monitoring.
