Als ervaren Servicecoördinator ben jij de schakel tussen onze technische dienstverlening en de tevredenheid van onze klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat storingen snel, slim en professioneel worden opgelost en tilt daarmee onze dienstverlening naar een hoger niveau.

Jouw rol als Servicecoördinator

Als spil binnen ons serviceteam:

  • Plan je storingsoplossingen efficiënt in;
  • Stel je werkopdrachten samen en stuur je functioneel onze technici aan;
  • Bewaak je voortgang, deadlines en rapportages via het Syntess-systeem;
  • Streef je actief naar 5-sterren service en heb je oog voor kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid;
  • Onderneem je actie bij afwijkingen in de planning of afspraken;
  • Draag je bij aan servicebeleid samen met de Service Manager.
  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau, met een proactieve en verbetergerichte mindset;
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als (senior) servicecoördinator, bij voorkeur in de beveiligingstechniek;
  • Ervaring met teamcoördinatie en projectmatig werken;
  • Bekend met het werken in hectische omgevingen: jij behoudt altijd het overzicht;
  • Een verbindend karakter, flexibiliteit en hart voor klantgerichte service.

  • Salaris: €4.000 – €5.000 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van ervaring);
  • Bonus: Jaarlijks op basis van bedrijfsresultaten;
  • Werkweek: 38 uur, met oog voor jouw werk-privébalans;
