Missão: Atuar na execução e sustentação das rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, garantindo conformidade trabalhista, precisão das informações, cumprimento de obrigações legais e qualidade dos processos. Contribuir para uma operação segura, organizada e eficiente, apoiando a experiência dos colaboradores, a mitigação de riscos e a evolução contínua dos controles e práticas de administração de pessoal.

Responsabilidades:

  • Conduzir os processos de administração de pessoal, incluindo admissões, movimentações, férias, afastamentos, rescisões e manutenção dos registros de colaboradores, garantindo conformidade legal e aderência aos procedimentos internos;
  • Realizar o controle e a conferência de ponto eletrônico, jornadas, banco de horas, horas extras e demais eventos que impactem a folha de pagamento, assegurando a correta apuração das informações;
  • Consolidar, validar e apoiar o processamento da folha de pagamento, realizando conferências analíticas de salários, benefícios, descontos, encargos e demais movimentações mensais;
  • Administrar benefícios e apoiar colaboradores e lideranças em temas relacionados à folha, férias, ponto, benefícios, legislação trabalhista e políticas internas;
  • Acompanhar obrigações acessórias e rotinas legais relacionadas à administração de pessoal, incluindo eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb e demais exigências aplicáveis;
  • Elaborar, atualizar e analisar relatórios, indicadores, controles e bases de dados da área, garantindo integridade, confiabilidade e rastreabilidade das informações;
  • Apoiar auditorias, iniciativas de compliance e projetos de melhoria contínua, contribuindo para a padronização, automação e evolução dos processos de Departamento Pessoal.

Formato de Trabalho:

  • Presencial | Curitiba – PR;
  • Contrato modelo CLT;
  • Horário de trabalho: Segunda a sexta-feira das 08:00 às 17:00 horas.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Graduação completa ou em andamento em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Ciências Contábeis, Direito ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, incluindo folha de pagamento, ponto eletrônico, férias, benefícios, admissões e rescisões;
  • Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista e previdenciária, bem como em obrigações acessórias relacionadas à administração de pessoal;
  • Vivência com eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb e sistemas de folha e gestão de ponto;
  • Conhecimento intermediário ou avançado em Excel, com capacidade analítica para conferência, controle e validação de informações.

Diferenciais:

  • Pós-graduação ou especialização em Departamento Pessoal, Direito do Trabalho, Gestão de Pessoas ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em auditorias, compliance trabalhista, controles internos ou empresas de segmentos regulados;
  • Conhecimento em Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate ou participação em projetos de melhoria e automação de processos.
