Missão do Cargo:

Executar as rotinas de admissões, demissões, controle de ponto, folha de pagamento, rescisões e férias, assegurando o cumprimento da legislação trabalhista e das políticas da empresa. Prestar suporte aos colaboradores e manter a organização e atualização dos documentos e sistemas relacionados ao Departamento Pessoal.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Admissão e documentação: receber e conferir documentos, realizar cadastros, contratos, exames admissionais e demais procedimentos de admissão.
  • Controle de ponto e jornada: cadastrar colaboradores no sistema de ponto, realizar o tratamento das marcações, acompanhar justificativas, aprovações, horas extras e fechamento mensal.
  • Folha de pagamento: realizar lançamentos, conferências e controles relacionados à folha, incluindo remuneração variável, premiações, descontos, empréstimos, adiantamentos e demais informações necessárias ao fechamento.
  • Férias: controlar a programação de férias, observando os prazos legais, emitir avisos e realizar os cálculos e lançamentos necessários.
  • Rescisões: executar as etapas do processo rescisório, incluindo exames, cálculos, documentação, pagamentos, inativações e arquivamento.
  • Benefícios: realizar controles e movimentações de benefícios, como vale-transporte e cartões de benefícios, garantindo os lançamentos e pagamentos corretos.
  • Cadastros e arquivos: manter atualizados os dados dos colaboradores, contratos, documentos e arquivos físicos e digitais, garantindo organização, segurança e fácil acesso às informações.
  • Controles e relatórios: elaborar e atualizar controles e indicadores de DP, como absenteísmo, folha, remuneração e demais relatórios solicitados.
  • Saúde, Segurança e EPI: apoiar os processos relacionados a exames ocupacionais, integrações, entrega e controle de EPIs e demais demandas de Segurança do Trabalho.
  • Atendimento e suporte: prestar atendimento aos colaboradores e gestores, esclarecendo dúvidas e apoiando nas demandas relacionadas ao Departamento Pessoal.
  • Atendimento das Auditorias e demandas legais: fornecer documentos e informações para auditorias, jurídico e demais áreas, mantendo o sigilo das informações.
  • Melhoria dos processos: identificar pendências, propor melhorias e apoiar outras atividades administrativas conforme a necessidade da empresa.
  • Revisão da Folha após Fechamento: Auditoria dos cálculos após fechamento de folha, dos encargos sociais (INSS, FGTS, IRRF), gerencia parametrizações junto ao domínio ERP, controlar as convenções e acordos coletivos com sindicatos e fórmula políticas internas de RH.

Requisitos:

Graduação em Ciências Contábeis, recursos humanos;

Conhecimento da legislação trabalhista e previdenciária;

eSocial e obrigações acessórias relacionadas ao Departamento Pessoal

Sistemas de folha de pagamento e controle de ponto;

Ter experiência comprovada em rotinas de Departamento Pessoal de no mínimo 3 anos;

Horário : 07:30 ás 17:48 de segunda á sexta
