Aqui, você será responsável por manter relacionamento com os principais fornecedores, acompanhar indicadores e atuar diretamente nas decisões que impactam estoque, vendas e margem da empresa.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Realizar negociações, cotações e fechamento com fornecedores;
  • Gerenciar carteira de fornecedores e buscar novas oportunidades de compra;
  • Acompanhar pedidos, prazos de entrega e condições comerciais;
  • Atuar no planejamento de compras, controle de estoque e reposições;
  • Monitorar margens, custos, giro de produtos e indicadores do setor;
  • Garantir organização e alinhamento dos processos internos;
  • Atuar em parceria com comercial, estoque e financeiro;
  • Liderar equipe e acompanhar a execução das rotinas do setor.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência sólida na área de compras;
  • Vivência com varejo;
  • Experiência com negociação e relacionamento com fornecedores;
  • Perfil estratégico, ágil e com boa comunicação;
  • Capacidade de liderança e gestão de equipe;
  • Vivência com indicadores de desempenho e análise de dados;
  • Organização, visão analítica e foco em resultados.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com materiais de construção ou home center;
  • Conhecimento em ERP de varejo;
  • Conhecimento nos sistemas Winthor, TOTVS ou Systock;
  • Noções de formação de preço, margem e giro de estoque.
