O Grupo RSal está em busca de um(a) Gerente Comercial para assumir uma posição estratégica na estrutura da empresa, atuando diretamente abaixo da diretoria e sendo responsável por liderar a operação comercial com foco em crescimento, performance e expansão.

Buscamos um(a) profissional com sólida experiência na área comercial, especialmente em varejo, franquias ou redes de lojas, que tenha capacidade de liderar coordenadores comerciais, acompanhar indicadores, propor estratégias, criar canais de crescimento e transformar metas em plano de ação.

Essa posição exige autonomia, maturidade, visão analítica e capacidade de execução. O(a) profissional terá contato direto com a direção e precisará atuar em um ambiente de franca expansão, onde processos ainda estão sendo estruturados e a tomada de decisão precisa ser feita com responsabilidade, clareza e senso de prioridade.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar a operação comercial e os coordenadores da área;
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho e propor ações de melhoria;
  • Planejar campanhas e estratégias comerciais;
  • Criar estratégias e canais de crescimento;
  • Acompanhar metas, resultados e produtividade das equipes;
  • Atuar como ponte direta entre operação comercial e diretoria;
  • Apoiar a estruturação de processos comerciais em uma empresa em expansão.
  • Experiência sólida na área comercial;
  • Vivência com varejo, franquias, redes de lojas ou operações comerciais com múltiplas unidades;
  • Experiência com gestão de pessoas e liderança de equipes comerciais;
  • Conhecimento em CRM, indicadores de desempenho, análise de dados, técnicas de vendas e negociação;
  • Graduação completa em Administração, Marketing, Gestão de Projetos ou áreas correlatas;
  • Perfil estratégico, autônomo, analítico e orientado a resultados.
  • Modelo de contratação: PJ
  • Remuneração: R$ 7.000,00 + possibilidade de bonificação
  • Ajuda de custo: R$ 1.000,00
  • Horário: segunda a sexta, das 9h às 19h, com flexibilidade aos sábados.
