The Role

As an Operations Customer Expert, you will deliver high-quality, reactive support across multiple channels to consumer and business users of cutting-edge AI technologies and paid digital marketing campaigns.

  • Ad & Campaign Support: Assist users with digital marketing tools, paid ad setups, and campaign management.
  • Billing & Subscriptions: Manage invoicing, account billing, and payment queries seamlessly.
  • Account Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve complex account access issues efficiently.
  • User Guidance: Walk users through new features and showcase how to maximize AI tools.

Candidate Requirements

  • Language: Fluent or Native-level written and spoken English.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience in digital marketing campaigns, paid ads, or online advertising management.
  • Tech Skills: Strong technical aptitude, fast learner, and passion for software and AI innovation.

  • Base Salary: €1,000.00 / month

  • Meal Allowance: €154.00 / month (€7.00/day tax-exempt prepaid card)
  • Total Base Monthly Gross: €1,320.67 / month
  • Performance Bonus: Up to €200.00 / month
  • Total Earnings Potential: Up to €1,520.67 gross / month

Option B: International Candidates (With Free Apartment & Utilities)

  • Base Salary: €776.00 / month
  • Holiday Allowance: €64.67 / month (paid monthly)
  • Christmas Allowance: €64.67 / month (paid monthly)
  • Meal Allowance: €154.00 / month (€7.00/day tax-exempt prepaid card)
  • Apartment Benefit-in-Kind: €200.00 / month value (Rent + Bills included)
  • Total Base Value: €1,259.33 / month
  • Performance Bonus: Up to €200.00 / month
  • Total Value Package: Up to €1,459.33 / month + FREE housing & flights
