About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about technology and interested in working with one of the leading companies in the artificial intelligence industry?

We are looking for an English-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team supporting users of a leading AI research and deployment company.

You will assist both consumers and business users of an advanced AI platform, helping them solve account, billing, product, and technical-related issues while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You Will Do

  • Support customers via multiple channels
  • Assist with billing, account access, and product-related issues
  • Troubleshoot problems and guide users on the platform
  • Deliver clear and timely solutions while meeting quality standards

What We Are Looking For

  • C1–C2 English
  • Previous experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Helpdesk, Customer Success, or similar
  • Comfortable with technology and digital platforms
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Available for rotating day shifts between 07:00 and 22:00
  • Based in Lisbon and legally authorized to work in Portugal

Salary & Benefits

  • Total monthly gross package: approximately €1,320.67
  • Variable performance bonus: up to €200/month
