We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist with French and English, based in Sofia, Bulgaria and if you're currently outside the country, we'll support your relocation!

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding client service
  • Contribute to excellent customer experience and satisfaction
  • Identify and assess customer needs
  • Provide assistance with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system
