What You'll Do

As an Operations Customer Expert, you will deliver high-touch support and guidance to premium subscribers:

  • Account & Billing Management: Guide users through account setup, plan tiers, billing inquiries, and renewals.
  • AI & Feature Showcase: Educate users on cutting-edge integrated AI tools and exclusive premium features.
  • Multi-Channel Engagement: Handle inbound & outbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat to deliver swift resolutions.
  • Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve app and platform-related technical issues.
  • Trend & Insights Tracking: Share user feedback to help shape and improve the platform experience.

What We Offer

  • Total Fixed Package: €1,237.83 / month gross (Includes Base Salary + Meal Allowance + Monthly Holiday & Christmas Allowances)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to €300.00 / month based on metrics
  • Meal Allowance: €154.00/month (tax-free prepaid card)
  • Health & Dental Insurance: Private coverage provided upon contract signing
  • Paid Time Off: 22 annual holiday days + extra compensation days for working public holidays
  • Paid Training: Complete our comprehensive 10-day onboarding program

Working Hours & Location

  • Full-Time: 40 hours/week (8h shifts + 1h lunch) operating on a 24/7 rotation model.
  • Shift Options: Day Shifts (07:00 – 22:00) or Night Shifts (22:00 – 07:00).
  • Location: Lisbon, Portugal — modern, easily accessible office near Metro stations (Entrecampos & Jardim Zoológico), train, and bus lines.
