The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for registered users and community members across telephone, email, and chat.

  • Assist users in navigating platform products, tools, and services effortlessly.
  • Resolve inquiries efficiently while ensuring high standards of user satisfaction.
  • Deliver high-quality, empathetic support in a fast-paced environment.

Package & Working Hours

  • Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week | 8 hours/day + 1-hour lunch break).
  • Location: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Monthly Package Breakdown: Base Salary: €920.00 Holiday Allowance: €76.67 Christmas Allowance: €76.67 Meal Allowance: €154.00 (Tax-free) Total Base Package: €1,227.33 / month Performance Bonus: Up to €300.00 / month

Requirements

  • High proficiency/fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with an enthusiasm for tech and community platforms.
  • Eligibility or willingness to work full-time on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
