Compensation & Perks

  • Performance Bonus: Earn up to €200.00 / month based on productivity.
  • Paid Training: 15-day comprehensive, paid training program to set you up for success.
  • Time Off: 22 annual paid leave days + Portuguese public holiday compensation.

What We're Looking For

  • Technical Background: Previous experience in IT technical support, ad operations, or tech customer support.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken) to support the English-speaking market.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working full-time (40 hrs/week) on rotating 24/7 schedules (rosters provided 10 days in advance).
