In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for English-speaking clients, providing high-quality assistance for digital ad platforms and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, tech-forward environment.

Position Overview

  • Role: Technical Customer Support – Ads Support (English Market)
  • Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Modern campus with easy access via Oriente Station)
  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week, 24/7 rotating shifts with schedules assigned 10 days in advance)
  • Contract Type: Open-ended/Uncertain Term Contract (Foreseeable duration of 12 months, with eligibility for a permanent contract after 2 years)

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation

  • Total Estimated Monthly Gross: €1,248.33 / month (based on a standard 22-working-day month) Base Salary: €938.00 Pro-rated Holiday Allowance: €78.17 / month Pro-rated Christmas Allowance: €78.17 / month Meal Allowance: €154.00 / month tax-free (€7.00/day on a prepaid meal card)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to €200.00 / month based on productivity and KPIs
