What You Will Do

As a Fashion Support Consultant, you will deliver first-class experiences for fashion lovers by:

  • Assisting Customers: Managing incoming requests via phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms.
  • Solving Problems: Logging details into management systems and finding quick, efficient resolutions within target timelines.
  • Becoming a Brand Expert: Building up-to-date knowledge of products, client services, and fashion trends.
  • Collaborating: Working closely with mentors and team leaders to handle escalations and continuous process improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Languages: Native or fluent Finnish, along with an advanced level of English or Spanish.
  • People Skills: Strong active listening skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Ownership: A proactive mindset and the ability to take charge of inquiries from start to finish.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with basic IT platforms, Windows, MS Office, and web browsing (experience with call management tools is a bonus!).
