About the Role

We are seeking motivated, clear communicators to join a growing international customer support team! In this role, you will interact with customers in French and English, delivering high-quality assistance and resolution.

Requirements

  • French: Native or C2-level proficiency.
  • English: Advanced (C1) proficiency is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month
  • Language Allowance: €150 gross/month
  • Performance Bonus: Up to €100 gross/month
  • Total Compensation Package: Up to €1,350 gross/month
