What You'll Do:

  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing tailored AI advertising deals.
  • Prospect new business via inbound lead follow-up and outbound channels (cold outreach, social selling).
  • Conduct consultative needs analyses to align ad tech solutions with client revenue goals.
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM tools like Salesforce.

What We're Looking For:

  • Languages: Native/C1 German + B2 English.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in B2B sales, business development, or pre-sales/lead qualification.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong grasp of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, digital ads ecosystem) and ad tech/AI platforms.
  • Skillset: Proven cold calling, self-prospecting, and C-level executive communication skills.
