We are currently hiring Customer Support Advisors to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy helping customers, resolving inquiries, and delivering an outstanding customer experience while identifying suitable service opportunities when appropriate.

What You Will Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via inbound calls
  • Assist customers with product, billing, and account-related questions
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex cases when required
  • Update customer information accurately in internal systems
  • Identify relevant service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach
  • Deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • German communication skills required (C1 level or above)
  • Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with good interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a structured and target-driven environment
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not mandatory
