The posting

Sell cloud technology to European businesses, in German, from one of Europe's best cities.

The role

You'll join the Business Development team of a global cloud technology leader, covering the EMEA market. You'll be the first point of contact for businesses: starting conversations with decision-makers, understanding their challenges, and matching them with the right cloud solutions.

What you'll do

  • Run outbound calls and emails (mostly cold outreach) to C-level decision-makers
  • Understand pain points, gather technical requirements, and sell solutions
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on new business and upsell
  • Maintain leads, accounts, and opportunities in Salesforce
  • Hit quarterly KPIs and daily/weekly activity targets

What you bring

  • German C2 and English C1
  • 3+ years of B2B outbound sales or business development in IT
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts
  • BA/BS degree (technical preferred)
  • Comfort working against a quota in a phone-based environment
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience
  • Nice to have: cloud certification, B2B cloud sales experience
