The posting

We are looking for motivated Greek speakers with good English skills (minimum B2 level) to join our customer support team. You will be providing assistance to clients, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a great opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and professional environment.

What Youll Do:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to clients
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction
  • Work effectively in a team-oriented environment

What We Offer:

  • Full-time onsite role in Athens
  • Performance bonus: up to 180 Euro per month
  • Additional pay: +25% per hour for night shifts +75% per hour for Sunday work
  • Paid 14-day training program
  • Shifts scheduled on a 24/7 rotation

Requirements:

  • Native/Fluent Greek speaker
  • English level B2 or higher
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
