Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Base Salary: €930 to €1,428+ gross per month, depending on the specific position and required experience.
  • Meal Allowance: Provided daily via cash or meal card, adding up to approximately €167 per month.
  • Bonuses: Performance, productivity, attendance, and welcome bonuses ranging from €100 to €2,000.
  • Relocation Support: Shared accommodation with utility bills covered for select positions in Lisbon.

Role Categories

Customer Support & Account Management

  • Locations: Porto, Braga, Guimarães, and Lisbon (On-site and Hybrid options)
  • Languages: Fluent French (C1/C2) with conversational English
  • Overview: Handle incoming client inquiries, resolve technical or service-related requests, manage back-office accounts, and deliver high-standard assistance across industries such as telecommunications, e-commerce, sports, and energy.

Finance & Operations Specialist

  • Locations: Porto (Hybrid model)
  • Languages: Fluent French and advanced English (C1 Level)
  • Overview: Manage end-to-end order-to-cash processes, accounts receivable, billing reconciliations, and financial reporting utilizing enterprise resource planning tools.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Specialist

  • Locations: Lisbon (On-site)
  • Languages: Fluent French and English
  • Overview: Oversee paid advertising campaigns, analyze social media marketing performance, optimize digital platforms, and provide strategic consultation to international clients.

General Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Native or C1/C2 level proficiency in French (spoken and written). Proficiency in English is required for specific roles.
  • Residency / Location: Candidates must currently reside in Portugal or be eligible for available relocation support.
  • Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, basic technical literacy, and adaptability to thrive in multicultural team environments.
