What You Will Do

  • End-to-End Support: Resolve a wide range of customer queries via chat, phone, and email, ensuring fast and effective first-contact resolution.
  • Fraud & Disputes: Handle complex cases with care, including fraud investigations, dispute resolutions, and chargebacks.
  • Customer Advocacy: Identify and assist vulnerable customers, tailoring your approach and escalating when necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a subject matter expert, coach teammates, and help continuously improve processes.

What We Are Looking For

  • Language Skills: Fluent/C2 level in Italian and strong proficiency in English.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, high emotional intelligence, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Mindset: Resilient, independent decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts easily to new software tools (Slack, GSuite).

Compensation & Financial Package

  • Total Gross Cash Compensation: With Company Apartment: 1,059.34 € / month (includes base salary, meal allowance, and split holiday/Christmas bonuses). Without Company Apartment: 1,391.83 € / month (includes a higher base salary to support independent housing).
  • Meal Allowance: 7 € per day (~154 €/month) loaded onto a dedicated debit card for restaurants and supermarkets.
  • Bonuses: Holiday and Christmas allowances are split and paid out monthly as a percentage on top of your base salary.

  • Paid Training: A comprehensive 12-day intensive training program (8 hours/day) is provided to get you fully equipped. Training days are proportionally compensated (daily allowance of 18.56 € / weekly allowance of 92.80 €) prior to signing your full employment contract.
  • Location: Modern office workspace located in Lisbon, Portugal.
