Join Viva Wallet in Athens as an Italian-speaking Customer Expert, supporting business customers with their accounts and POS devices through phone, chat and email.

Key details

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday
  • Working hours: 10:00–20:00
  • Italian: C1/native level
  • English: C1
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required

You will assist customers with account verification, access issues, KYC, payments, card issuance and POS troubleshooting, while following up on cases through resolution.
