Wir suchen deutschsprachige Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d), die remote von überall in der Türkei arbeiten möchten. In dieser Rolle betreuen Sie Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen wie Technologie, Finanzen, Gesundheitswesen, Medien und Reisen. Sie beantworten Anfragen, lösen Probleme und sorgen für eine exzellente Kundenerfahrung in einem internationalen und multikulturellen Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung von Kunden über Telefon, E-Mail, Chat und Social Media.
  • Beantwortung von Fragen zu Produkten und Dienstleistungen sowie Bindung von Kunden.
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten im CRM-System.
  • Erkennen von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Eskalation bei Bedarf.
  • Rückgewinnung von Kunden anhand von Zufriedenheitsumfragen.
  • Sicherstellung hoher Kundenzufriedenheit und Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards.
  • Befolgung der internen Kommunikationsverfahren, Richtlinien und Vorgaben.

Ihr Profil

  • Muttersprache oder fließende Kenntnisse in Deutsch (C2); gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
  • Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen, Multitasking zu betreiben und effizient im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.
  • Motivation, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist.
  • Wohnsitz in der Türkei (rechtliche Arbeitserlaubnis erforderlich, keine Visa-Sponsorship).
