We are looking for multilingual talent with strong English skills (B2 to fluent):

  • English Specialist
  • Arabic & English Specialist (Full Relocation Package Included)

  • Portuguese & English Specialist
  • Dutch, German, French, Czech, Polish & Greek Tracks

What You'll Do

  • Assist global businesses and clients with paid campaign management, troubleshooting, and ad optimization.
  • Provide high-impact customer service and tech support within top-tier digital advertising tools and social media platforms.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced AdTech contact center environment to achieve top satisfaction standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Languages: Native/C1 fluency in your target language + strong English proficiency.
  • Background: Experience or strong interest in Digital Marketing, Paid Campaigns, or AdTech Contact Centers.
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a strong plus!
  • Flexibility: Readiness for full-time rotational shifts (07:00–19:00 window, with future 24/7 rotational operational availability).
