Join Teleperformance in Covilhã as an Outbound Representative for DECO!

Are you proactive, driven, and looking to build a career with an established organization? Teleperformance Portugal is hiring Outbound Customer Service Representatives to represent DECO—a public interest institution founded in 1974 that currently supports roughly 400,000 members.

What You Will Do

  • Contact prospective clients to acquire new DECO members.
  • Reach out to prospective and former members to present DECO services and membership benefits.

What We Offer

  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day + 1-hour lunch break).
  • Contract Options & Benefits: Fixed-term contract with an expected duration of 12 months (extendable up to 24 months, with potential for a permanent contract after 2 years). Private health and dental insurance upon signing your contract (NIF and Social Security number required). 22 days of paid annual leave under Portuguese labor law.
  • Monthly Gross Compensation Breakdown (Full-time / 8h per day): Base Salary: €820.00 Holiday Allowance (Monthly prorated): €68.33 Christmas Allowance (Monthly prorated): €68.33 Meal Allowance: €154.00 (tax-exempt, paid via pre-paid meal card based on 22 working days at €7.00/day) Total Estimated Gross Monthly Package: €1,110.66 (Part-time options available for 7h, 6h, and 5h daily schedules)

Paid Training & Onboarding

  • Duration: 5 business days of classroom training (8h/day) + up to 5 business days of practical internship.
  • Training Stipend: €10.00 per day (€100.00 total for 10 training days) paid upon successful completion and contract signing on or immediately after the last training day.
