If you are a native or C1 level Portuguese speaker, a tech-savvy problem solver, and want to gain unique experience in moderating content for some of the world's leading social platforms (including the Metaverse), this is the role for you!

The Profile We're Seeking: - Native or C1 level Portuguese proficiency. - Fluency in English (B2/C1) for training and communications. - 1–3 years of experience in customer support, content moderation, or a BPO environment. - Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to handle sensitive content professionally. - Strong verbal and written communication in both languages.
