Compensation & Package

  • Base Monthly Salary: €1,000.00
  • Monthly Allowance Bundles: €83.33 (Holiday) + €83.33 (Christmas)
  • Tax-Exempt Meal Allowance: €154.00 / month (€7.00/day)
  • Total Base Monthly Gross: €1,320.67
  • Performance Bonus: Up to €200.00 / month
  • Total Potential Earnings: Up to €1,520.67 gross / month

Core Job Details

  • Contract Type: Open-ended / Uncertain Term (foreseeable 12-month duration with permanent contract eligibility after 2 years)
  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week, 24/7 rotating shifts with schedules provided 10 days in advance)
  • Paid Time Off: 22 annual holiday days + Portuguese public holiday compensation
