The posting

Solutions Consultant – Danish & English

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Work model: On-site Languages: Danish & English Salary: €2,200 gross/month

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00.

The role: Customer-care position with an exciting client/company in Bulgaria, providing support and solutions to customers in Danish and English. The project focuses on customer assistance and non-technical troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Danish
  • Fluent English
  • Eligibility to work in the EU

Benefits & relocation:

  • On-site training
  • €1,500 gross welcome bonus, paid as €750 after 3 months and €750 after 6 months
  • €1,500 gross relocation bonus
  • 21 days of company-provided accommodation
  • Assistance finding long-term accommodation
