RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Partnerships Manager in identifying strategic partnerships with fintech and tech solutions providers to strengthen the bank's proposition.
  • Assist the Partnerships team in overall strategic partnerships with key partners of the bank.
  • Gather, consolidate and present market data and information of identified use cases of focus.
  • Assist in maintaining the partnership team’s repository.
  • Comfortable in data analytics and running simulations.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviours.
  • Support the team in successfully implementing strategic partnership frameworks to foster collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Support successful and compliant implementation and execution of strategic partnerships in line with business priorities.
  • Ability for quick adoption and support the Partnership Manager with multiple initiatives running in parallel.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to evaluate new technologies and innovations.
  • Support a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Digital team.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, AI or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a role within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with a focus on partnerships, tech, AI, or product.
  • Experience in digital propositions and / or collaboration with tech solution providers and/or fintechs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable in excel and business simulations.
  • Ability to lead and work professionally with various levels of staff and management.
  • Sound judgment, keen sense of urgency, and high level of professional and personal integrity.
